Food that fits your body.
MealFeel plans a week of recipes around how you want to feel. A 10-second check-in each evening tells it what's working, and next week's meals change to match.
Most meal plans never ask how the food made you feel.
They hand you the same week whether it worked or not. MealFeel starts from how you want to feel and keeps adjusting until your meals actually help.
The 3 pm crash
Lunches that leave you flat by mid-afternoon, day after day.
Meals that don't sit right
Bloating or discomfort, and no clear idea which meals are behind it.
No time to work it out
Weeknights are busy. You want dinner sorted, not a nutrition course.
Each week's meals are shaped by how the last week felt.
You tell it how you felt, it looks for patterns, and the next plan changes to match. Tap a step to see it in the app.
Then round again. The longer you use it, the more personal the plan gets.
Setup: pick how you want to feel
Each recipe tells you why it's on your plate.
Meals are tagged with the goal they serve and a plain one-line reason. You learn what helps your body while you cook.
Swap any meal
Three alternatives that still fit your goals, each with its reason. Or rebuild a whole day.
Cook once, eat twice
Dinner leftovers become tomorrow's lunch, and nights out are part of the plan.
One grocery list
Sorted by aisle, with a cost estimate, and shareable with your household.
Built for your kitchen
Planned around your weeknight time, how many you cook for, your budget and your food needs.
Ask anything about your food. It already knows your plan.
The coach can see your goals, your week and your check-ins, so its answers are about you, and it can change the plan for you on the spot.
Eating out, swaps and short nights
What to order at a restaurant, a vegetarian dinner tonight, or a meal that takes 15 minutes.
Questions about your own patterns
Why the afternoon crash keeps happening, answered from your check-ins, with an offer to fix the plan.
Food and habits only
It sticks to meals and routines and doesn't give medical advice.
- Chicken or tofu stir-fry with rice
- Tom yum or a clear soup to start
A recipe app, built around how you feel.
Progress you can feel
Success is measured in energy, digestion, plants eaten and meals cooked at home, not just numbers on a scale.
Food and habits, not medicine
It helps with what to eat and how to build routines. It doesn't diagnose anything or replace a doctor.
Your health info stays yours
Food needs and health data are only used to choose your recipes. Never sold, never used for ads.
Good to know.
When does MealFeel launch?
Soon. We're testing with a small group now. Join the waitlist and we'll send one email the day it's live.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android, launching together. You can connect Apple Health or Android's Health Connect for sleep, steps and workouts, but you don't have to.
How much will it cost?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, with the full plan, every recipe, the grocery list and the coach. After that it's $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year. You'll get a reminder before the trial ends.
Does it work with my diet or allergies?
Yes. Tell it how you eat (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal and more), any allergies, and health needs like IBS or high cholesterol. Every recipe and swap respects them.
Is this medical advice?
No. MealFeel helps with what to eat and how to build habits. If you have a medical condition, keep working with your doctor or dietitian.
Be first to eat food that fits.
